Our loading and unloading systems SM have been designed to handle round bars and tubes of different diameters and lengths and are compatible with the major brands of centerless grinding machines on the market.

The solid structure guarantees precision of movements and maximum reliability. All SM versions have motorized rollers with adjustable speed.

Steel Motion offers a wide range of fully modular and adaptable models to meet the different needs and requirements of the customer.

Standard composition of a loading/unloading system:
• Bar/tube loading stock house
• Bar/tube loading levers from loading stockhouse to bar/tube inlet feeder
• Bar/tube inlet feeder with steel rollers
• Bar/tube outlet feeder with scratch resistant material rollers
• Bar/tube unloading levers from bar/tube outlet feeder to unloading stockhouse
• Bar/tube unloading stockhouse

Our loading and unloading systems can be completed by automatic recirculation systems for the handling and repositioning of the bar/tube on the inlet feeder allowing a further step of the bar/tube into the grinding machine.
